DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) for Virginia Highlands Airport, Abingdon, VA
Virginia Highlands Airport, owned and operated by the Virginia Highlands Airport Authority, hereby announces, and posts a proposed overall goal for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for federal fiscal years (FFY) 2023-2025 for the Airport. The proposed overall goal is 3.83% for all FAA/AIP-funded projects in FFY 2023-2025. The methodology used in developing this goal is available for inspection during normal business hours at the office of the Airport Manager, Virginia Highlands Airport, 18521 Lee Highway, Abingdon, VA 24210.
The Airport Authority will receive and consider public comments on the proposed goal until October 23, 2022. Comments may be submitted to the Airport Authority at 18521 Lee Highway, Abingdon, VA 24210 or to mhines@vahighlandsairport.com.
